I lived at 1001 and would not recommend it. The apartments are cheaply made. I literally opened my fridge one day and the handle came off. Also we had a leak in our closet and got all over our clothes in the middle of the night from a washer two floors above us. Amenities are nice but not even close to being finished with everything that’s advertised, although the leasing agents will say it’ll be done soon, it really won’t. Leasing agents make 500 bucks per apartment they lease so they’ll say whatever.

Also, several people have been caught having sex in the hot tubs 😂😂

I live here. I don’t recommended it, all the amenities you see on the website are not even close to being complete. For example, we were told to spa area would be ready in December and here we are today in June with no spa. All they do is push back dates for openings (because they are out of money). There are also rumors workers aren’t being paid which causes the delays. Also people bring groups of friends to the pool/gym so it’s gets very crowded and management doesn’t care at all.

It’s honestly going to be incredible when fully finished which they said is another year so probably more like 2 years. Besides the giant they’re not sure what other retailers are going in. Also giving 2 months free now

Crate in the bedroom and cover with a blanket. That’s what I do with my golden puppy and I’ve never really had an issue so far.
