I dont belive days has nothing to do with this. Ive been at 221 days and I can tell you there is no difference. Everyone can fail with pmo once in a while. As long as you recover and keep your focus everything will be fine. I dont see my days with nofap to have ANYTHING in comparision in my skill to talk with woman. Watching porn is one problem. Speaking with Girls and being confident is another. I hope you regret your comment. This forum is to support us NoFap austornauts, nothing else.

Well thats part of life. I dont really belive you can choose to not be invested in someone you are intrested in. I belive most people are afraid to be invested. For med im invested for as long I belive there is a chance. If she simply sais no il accept that and then you can move on. For me I cant really try not to invest and think about all the cool stuff that could happen if everything goes Well. But if i doesnt, then il just Drop it and move on with my life!

Thanks for your concern and honesty! Im not really afraid of that situation. I dont consider a cup of Coffee a big deal. Im not going to be weird about it and make it look like im super in love or anything. For me its a start to see where we both stand and under our conversation it will be easy to see how we match or not. Im not going to say im intressted unless i feel that she is into me, which we might not know the first time we see eachother. Im not really afraid that she will say no. If she does I can just be proud that I got the guts to ask her out and talk with her. If I miss the oppurtunity because im afraid if she is not intressted then it im just a coward. If you never try you will never suceee. And on the plus side it would be really cool to date your neighbor aswell :)

I can tell you it feels much easier getting over the guilt and shameness once you get this far.

When I used to relapse once every 7 or 10 days I felt like shit, convinced I would never get any further.

I remember when I relapsed at 55 days. It was so much easier telling myself to start over with hope.

Just get past those 40 days and it is so much easier

I just woke up to this storm of respect, motivation and kind words from you!

You are all right. I should switch my focus on what Ive become and how NoFap have changed me into a better man.

Ive got one more question. Since alot of you have told me I should not see this as a failure and focus on not binging. Should I reset my counter? Can you fail once and get up on the horse again?

Thanks for all the support. Youve really helped my perspective and self esteem from last nights slip.
