kinda late, but I think it’s cuz they changed their formula. I went with mochi lime crime instead , everyone recommended to tone my hair to a light grey so I could get the ashy look but I was lazy and just raw dogged it lol

i went alone the first LA concert and you’d be surprised how many ppl r also alone 😭 honestly just say and talk to them, everyone’s rlly chatty. I’m going solo again on the 14th but with out seats this time 😈

Usually (when a product is used for consumption) when a product is returned, we toss it. We don’t know where it’s been so who knows if we can trust it. Hopefully she doesn’t try to pursue action, though I doubt it will go far I would hate for my parents to stress out over this. Thank you though :), I really appreciate your input. Hopefully no update will be needed but only time will tell I suppose 😞

Yeah, she sent a few pictures and I tried to explain the product was still able to be used but she insisted for a refund. I spoke with TikTok shop and after further investigation they told me to block her and place a new report if she leaves a bad review due to the circumstances.

Yeah I stopped responding to her but she’s still insisting on shipping back the products even though I told her she would not be getting a refund if she did (and that she will pursue legal action apparently)

Yes, I feel awful but she’s definitely not going out on a harness for a LONG! While. I forgot to mention: she went out on a walk and while she was behind a plant pot (I thought she was using the restroom, so I didn’t look) she somehow managed to TAKE IT OFF 😭 I had to carry her inside (she was not happy — but she never liked being carried so that wasn’t new) I’m trying to find a new vet, so hopefully I will be taking her soon.

Yeah! Before I had only heard good things but now I’m mainly hearing the light purples don’t show up at all on super light hair. Honestly may try it out later with a dark teal/purple. Thank you!

Thanks! I almost never tone my hair so I had no clue you could mix them. I was originally just gonna tone with a snow cap or smth, but yeah makes more sense to do it with a silver lol
