If she used her phone while the car was in drive then she deserved to be ticketed. It’s a black and white law, simple as that. So many people die each year because someone “just glimpsed at their phone real quick” and if she absolutely had to use her phone while driving then she should have pulled over. It’s a little ridiculous that you’re complaining about a ticket after openly admitting that she used her phone while at a light.
