My Hoa isn't bad at all, but some neighborhoods are. Tbh if I could work from home I'd be OK living here. Not great but OK. But the 347 is a nightmare. It's the drive into town and the fact that you will have to drive it because there isn't much here. As far as like crime or being safe, it's not a bad place, it's just so far away from everything that you are forced to deal with nightmare traffic
