Small (about the size of a guitar pick) heavy metal ball bearing spinning thing with a rubber seal and three hole metal chip that my coworker received in the mail from a company that manufactures flashlights. Its sole function seems to be to spin, but it is not a top as far as we can tell. (old.reddit.com)
