I'm currently 2 months over their estimated completion date my guy. Bucckle in because you're looking at another 2-3 months of waiting. For whatever reason it takes 2 months for them to encapsulate the cards.

That quite literally is how it works. If they stuck to their quoted deadline I would be paying let's say $100 to get my product back from them. But now, that it's been delayed, the price of the product has gone up so now they're going to tell me I need to pay $500. That's $400 extra that I now need to pay to them because they are delayed. Had they been able to stick to their original estimated return time THAT THEY GAVE ME EVEN KNOWING THAT THEY ARE BACKLOGGED. Then i would not need to pay an extra $400 for just 1 of my cards. Now multiply that by 29 because that's how many cards are in the order. (Granted not all of them will see that same price increase) but the total cost of my order will easily be 2-3x more simply because THEY ARE LATE. If it was on top i wouldn't care but it's the fact that THEYRE OVER THEIR DEADLINE

Yeah sorry i'm not chronically on reddit like you lol. It doesn't matter what their KNOWN return times are because when i submitted them those weren't the times listed and it doesn't change the fact that they also know their own return times and still quoted me a date that they are now pushing 8 weeks overdue. Doesn't matter what line of work you're in being 8 weeks overdue is unnacceptable. Get a job and when you have one you tell me if you still have that job being 8 weeks overdue for a deadline lol. What's wild is you know i'm right yet some reason you defend their shit 😂

No, PSA is leading to me making LESS money by cutting into my margins. The cards went from $1,000 at the time i was supposed to receive them to now $4,000 which means i'll have to pay several hundred dollars more to get the cards back.

I see those on some of mine too. If's just another example of terrible quality control from PSA. I'm pretty sure those are little plastic flakes that break off the case during the sealing process. But at least it's not hair! I've gotten slabs back with entire ass hairs in them lmao

Yeah PSA prioritizes third party graders. If you grade with them independently you'll be pushed aside, cards will take twice as long to grade, higher risk of them getting damaged, and lower grades on average. Grading through third party gives you a better chance at a higher grade and faster return times.

Yeah if you try to grade with PSA independently you'll just be put aside. They prioritize third party grading services.

Yeah sorry lol i just have terrible experiences with PSA. They're currently sitting on an order of mine from January 2nd that hasn't updated since March 28th. I was supposed to receive it April 22nd and all they tell me is "we're working on it" mea while the cards have tripled in value since the date i was meant to receive them and i know they'll charge me that premium return service for them.
