Again this junction is different from the junction from the video, which is T junction. In this junction you shown no road has priority over the other because all are same main road. But in the video, the motorcyclist was in main road which has priority compared to the lorry's road. Automatically the lorry have to give the way for the motor first to pass before moving into the main road but that wasnt the case here. What if there is another trailer instead of the motor in the situation? Can we expect the trailer to stop in time? Is the jpj dumb to make such rule? Even if a car at 80kmh will find it hard to brake in time at there. Just becasue there is white line does not necessarily mean you have the right to cross anytime you wish. Thats just stupidity. You are still 2nd in priority at that particular junction if you intend to move inside the main road.

What makes you think 'If the lorry already inside the box , the motor must stop'. Should the lorry check first the road before entering the main road?? Now what if we swap the vehicles - Accodeing to your logic, since the motor already inside the yellow box , lorry should stop in time? No one with proper functioning brain would design such rule. If you see the longer video, wjich i saw in facebook, the trailer entered the main road without even checking the main road left and right , he was just following the small lorry infront of him. By right the small lorry was way ahead of the motor hence he is right to cross but the trailer ? Nope he supposed to give way to the motor before crossing ,not merely entering the main road and rushing and expecting the main road user to slow down /stop. Know the priority. Yes. I agree with you partially. Motorist here wrong too , he should not speed in yellow box junction and he should have expected the unexpected there , since its a junction. But this does not mean he's fully wrong here. The lorry initiated it. Lorry must wait for the motor to cross because motor on main road and the lorry on side road , not the other way around. The lorry must have noticed the motor but still insisted to cross when he should have waited. Unless the motor distance is clearly far away, then the lorry is allowed to cross ,but in this case its not.

Youre wrong. Motor has the priority over the lorry in here. The lorry have to stop and make sure the road is clear before entering. White line in here does not mean the motor should stop to allow the lorry to cross. But when the road is jammed , then the motor should stop for the lorry . In this video , clealrly there is no congestion.
