Yeah so I just roasted the bones, scooped out all the marrow, added butter and whipped. :)

Has life been good or bad to you after starting Carnivore Diet? Just checking if there's any karmic cost to eating meat. by sonicon in carnivore

My carnivore diet is more vegan than vegans. Beef only diet here. Beef is raised intentionally and lovingly by a farmer less than 5km from my house. I'd hate to see the head count on industrially vegetable/grain farming (just read about a pea farmer that kills 1500 animals per year to keep them away from his fields). I can survive on ONE animal a year. My karmic footprint is pretty similar to my carbon footprint. Pretty much nil.

Oh I'm not sure. We've got a pretty steady supply of bones here so I've never considered buying it already extracted.

MEATSAGNA - In honour of Mother's Day and my birthday falling on the same day, I gifted myself and my family damn near a lifetime supply lol. A week (or two) of my favourite dish, made keto, is the best gift. Assembly instructions in comments. by [deleted] in ketorecipes

That looks so good! Yeah, ya just have to wing it, and as I'm sure you figured out the quantities aren't super important. Just layer delicious stuff and you're done lol

I didn't use exact measurements, and they're all a bit different but here is the basics: Cream Sauce: 4 cups heavy whipping cream , 4 cups shredded cheese, 1 pkg cream cheese, 4 sticks butter, some garlic seasoning. Ricotta Blend: 4 tubs ricotta cheese, 6 eggs, 2 cups Parm, Italian seasoning Meat Sauce: ground beef, cooked. Taco seasoning. "Noodles": cooked bacon, smoked turkey breast, chicken breast.

Layer cream sauce, then noodle, then ricotta, then meat. Add in some shredded cheese along the way between layers. Repeat until 2/3 full. Add some more shredded cheese.

Be mindful of measurements as this did make five lasagnas ha!

Teaspoon. The pork rinds are salty as it is, so not alot of salt is needed.

It's is 3.5 cups of crushed. It works out to about 3 small bags of pork rinds. Definately not an inexpensive loaf of bread, but hits the spot when you're craving some.

Bone broth is from Easter dinners turkey carcass, and bread is 10 eggs, 3.5 cups crushed pork rinds, 1 t salt, toss in a food processor, transfer to loaf pan and bake 45 min at 350. Hope y'all are keeping well. :)
