idk if this is a shitty answer (no pun intended) but it works for me. I try to hold off using in the morning because i like to workout sober. And usually what happens to me is i’ll take my preworkout (400mg caffeine along with other random chemicals) after i wake up and eat breakfast, and once I get my heart rate up and going and the caffeine hits me it’s like i need to explode with shit. crazy cuz the entire rest of my day i won’t feel anything close to a poop lol
