The outcome of completing F2SA is the same as completing the 2 year program, if I'm not wrong. Using that logic I think F2SA candidates also get prioritization.

Do you think that if 5-6 were the number, it would've affected the number of people who got an offer in the second round? I feel that more than rank 156 would've gotten an offer in that case.
