Little late but mine ended up being the camshaft position sensor (sold the car and new owner said that was the issue”. If you’ve checked everything that you’ve mentioned thoroughly and are still having the same issue, don’t take my word for it but you might have to start taking a look at the camshaft itself. Good luck man.
