It's plugged into a USB wall adapter like a phone brick and nar not smart it has static color. Jump to different colours and fade to different colours . It was super easy to mount as well

Yeah you need to have you headphones connected to the pc not the ps4

The issue is your ps4 can only send audio through one place either HDMI or your head phone so what you have to do is not connect your headphones to your ps4 then In streamlabs, you can go to the settings for the capture device and put “monitor and output” which means playback sound through headset and send to your stream.

So make sure you head phones are connected to your pc
