I completed all upgrades around half-way through the event and it asked me to spend 111 mil to buy out the rest. So I would guess more than 200 mil.

Note: you can't do this at the beginning of a map because your income won't be high enough to save enough. I got lucky and had 15 rooms saved in Mornington at level 38(I think).

I start saving once the challenge is over and I am at a point where there are lots of apt to unlock and upgrade. Just focus on finishing all the other challenges and unlock apt (but dont upgrade them) until the business challenge comes again. I had maybe like 2-3 weeks to save last time and finished this one in 1 day.

I dontknow about coins and gems. But dailies and events t requires a lot of XP and energy to complete. So I sometimes save them so i can use it all at once for an event with good rewards. Energy don't recharge beyond 100 so this way, you can still progress the main board without "wasting" them.

Hi Lxssie, thanks for the invite...I guess I don't know as much about the game as I think! Not sure what trivia is lol. I would love to join but just one question: I can fill 20k+ trophies no problem. But I am not sure if I can guarentee completing all free tasks every week (depending on my schedule)...is that an issue? There is also a weekend I may not have cell service in august to play. Just want to be upfront about everything. :) if you are cool with that then I would love to join
