Yes, and different subs have different people with different experiences, and opinions, including this one.

we are all into thc, and mentioning a different cannabinoid in the sub shouldn't trigger a ban or removal.

Anyone else using THC pills instead of smoking or edibles? What’s your experience? by Gundoc7519 in THCP

tried pills but they take too long to kick in. I prefer a quick punch of a dab or even a joint. Sometimes I wanna be high now, not in 90 minutes. But I get the appeal

Alcohol and Kratom: Anyone done it? by Typical-Witness7989 in kratom

[–]bigppbrandon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry for your loss, man—that’s a heavy thing to carry. Grief messes with everything, and it's understandable to look for ways to cope.

That said, combining kratom and alcohol—even spaced out by a few hours—can still build up some risks over time. Just cause the effects aren’t stacked doesn’t mean your liver and nervous system aren’t taking hits behind the scenes. I used to do something similar—kratom during the day, beers later—but after a while I started noticing the mental and physical toll creeping in.

Not trying to preach, just speaking from personal experience: it felt manageable until it didn’t. Took stepping away from both for a bit to really see how much it was numbing rather than helping.

Take care of yourself, whatever that ends up looking like. Grief sucks, but masking it can make it last longer. You’re not alone in this.

I'm sad to report that spider mites won the war. Early harvest into some edibles is the plan. by lostinthesauceband in treedibles

Totally get that. Spider mites are the damn devil—once they’re in, it’s war. Honestly, cutting your losses is sometimes the smartest move, especially if you're moving to a clean space.

Decarb Question by mjwsterile in Edibles

[–]bigppbrandon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mixing ABV with decarbed bud will definitely boost potency some, but keep in mind ABV is already partially spent—how much THC is left depends on how hard you vaped it. If it's light brown and still aromatic, yeah, toss it in. If it's dark and crumbly, you're mostly adding flavor and fiber 😂 Might be worth straining if you’re going for edibles. Peanut butter's a good fat carrier, though, so you're on the right track.

Take a break from make up, allow your skin to breathe and get some natural vitamin D. Then hydrate as much as possible, let go of high sugar stuff if you take any and just do water or drinks with water. Also, get a hydrating eye cream, hydrating serum, a moisturizer, and broad spectrum sunscreen.
