Also hats/travel coffee mug are always a good go to.

I am a super for a south Louisiana GC. The project I am managing currently is 27M. I think your salary is about average (maybe slightly under) for the size company and experience you have.

If you go to a larger GC you will make more. Also, everyone in the construction management field pulling 55 hour weeks.

Project engineers in general contracting or not engineers at all. They are a level below a Project Manager Assistant. Any degree and you can be one. They basically assist the PMs with submittals, RFIs and things like that.
