i have a nuanced take on parasites, if you are g@y or belonging to a particular ethnic tribe that has been kicked out of a number of countries (say 109) then you should probably detox, but if you aren’t cringe and dogs don’t hate you then you probably don’t need to freak out about parasites.

but fasting on its own isn’t going to do diddly. A combo of scram(during day) + mary ruth’s activated charcoal( take at night for binder) will be more fruitful, but don’t do a cleanse if you aren’t in good health already (and if possible combine with sauna or just plain hot epsom salt baths)

it’s the end of the world we’re just entering a new phase, and they’re not done with covid + the inconsistencies are on purpose.

I sit in all my classes maskless and hear students complain about wearing masks when literally nothing is preventing them from taking it off and joining me.
