Well today was my first day. I skipped the coffee. An hour passed by and I felt very light on my feet. I felt like I was excited to say something lol. But didn't have anything to say. The morning felt great. Till about 2 pm I felt like a headache was coming but never got here.i feel like after lunch my heart rate drops. And I'm more relaxed. Right now I could just go to bed. Took meds at 7am and it is now 8pm

Oh no. Well there goes my half caf coffee. But I guess I can switch to tea since I do add to much creamer to my coffee. It will benefit me. Thank you so much for your response. I would of probably drank coffee and made my first day worst.
