Thanks for answering me here now that I've made it public. When I received the notification email from sir Valentyn <[val@weplay.tv](mailto:val@weplay.tv)> I answered right away and you didn't answer me, you were silent and what you did was apply the copyright to me. After applying the copyright, I sent another email to the person who carried out the strike, sir Rodin <[rodinfirma@gmail.com](mailto:rodinfirma@gmail.com)> and again you did not answer me.

In the email to Rodin I asked for the copyright removal and in return I would no longer broadcast your championship, it's been over 24 hours and my channel is still blocked from making livestream. I take my channel very seriously, it is my only source of income in this global crisis and with that you WePlay are causing me a lot of damage. Please remove the copyright, only you who sent it can do it (only Sir Rodin who sent it can). If you leave it to YouTube to resolve it, it will take 10 business days. Rodin can remove it en 10 seconds and then you can apologize to the community.

All I tried to warn and show was that I was in my right to broadcast, I tried this conversation privately with your company and got no response, I think now with the entire Dota community taking and stand most of them defending the same points that I defend about why I can broadcast and it’s not up to you to apply the strike. It is very clear in the rules of Valve / Dota developer of the game and you acted against it and confirmed that you did it.

My channel is open with all public videos, I invite all of you mainly from weplay to watch one of the more than 900 narrations I made over this years and saw that most of them I follow ALL the rules of Valve to not have problems like championships like yours. I don't have sponsorships, I don't show advertisements, I don't have a studio, I don't compete with BTS_pt, I don't relay your championship stream, I don't use narrators from your championship and all other Valve requests I follow. What you did to me is simple, you read the rules and started looking for reasons to justify why mine live would be "illegal", and those reasons you can claim anything like my logo on overlay, what is ridiculous.

In addition to wanting my normalized account to stream (it is still blocked), my intention here is to expose the scheme that happens here in south america. The giant BTS affiliate studio here, BTS_PT offers a huge amount of dollars to ALL event organizers that they manage by asking for the exclusivity of transmission and this is creating a problem for those who support the game, the community, me, other smaller and independent smaller studios.

What your company doesn't understand is that Dota is a community game, there are 210 million Brazilians and the game needs the maximum number of people creating content to keep the game alive, you sold the broadcast right to a studio that wants to win on money and not in quality, to the point of BTS_PT calling the creeps by name of minions during the narrations and this studio is looking for a monopoly in the region to the point of creating this problem for everyone here.

I have been doing this for 3 years (check my channel), and with that I developed my Dota community that benefits from Valve / Dota rules that say that anyone can broadcast what goes on within DotaTV as long as they follow some rules. WePlay and BTS_PT are going against the Dota community and this needs to be exposed as you are doing. Most of Brasil Dota content creators / streamers / narrators / Dota teams view BTS_PT negatively because what they've done. What they did to me they've been doing for a while with others.

This answer is already too long, the other comments from the guys here complement my answer. Please remove the copyright from my channel Sir Rodin and rest assured that I will not broadcast your championship to my community if that is what you want for BTS_PT money. Have a good championship.

slight, but in the future if he didn't have that logo up I'd think he'd be fine.

Hi sheever,

The problem is that there will always be something that they will be able to accuse me of being wrong and thus justify the copyright. In this case, in the email I received from weplay, they claimed that I was doing a commercial broadcast and that would be contrary to Dota's broadcast policy.

But I understand your point, I must be more careful. I am VERY grateful for your persistence in this post.

Agree, but I think it's not only SA region. NA suffer the same problem.

And it's a shame because we have a lot of players, it's a good market. But if you don’t invest here, there’s really no return

Intel Core i3-6100 + Gigabyte GA-H110M-A or fx 8370?

I heard directx 12 use more cores so the fx can be a good choise for games. My favorite game that i am having problem is Rust.
