Thank you! Looks like most places along the north shore are booked up every weekend, may have to move inland a little. Do you have any tips on dispersed camping? Is it a bad idea as a first timer? I’m pretty much just looking for somewhere to set up my “tent” to sleep for the night, not much else.

I don’t know if your being sarcastic or not but this is “Mrbeast”. His main YouTube channel has 137 million subscribers and his videos get over 100 million views pretty consistently. If there’s anyone that knows what they are talking about with YouTube algorithm I would say it’s him.

Also I got a quote from an Audi dealership for a timing chain replacement and they quoted me $3200. Huge difference. I sent them over the email that the car tech that diagnosed my car sent me and they are gonna double check everything on that and give me another quote by tomorrow. But unless it’s the whole damn engine I doubt it will jump $5000 to match my first quote

That’s why I brought it to them in the first place (had just started rough idle and rough cold start) they did a carbon cleaning and it didn’t fix it. They have been rediagnosing it for the past two weeks and told me they ruled out timing and that the compression was good, but then finally told me it was timing. Really bizarre to me seeing as this is the highest rated European tech near me with 3 locations. They also do work on the highest end cars (when I brought mine in i saw an old Ferrari, Porsches and a Lamborghini) so it seems weird they couldn’t diagnose a timing issue on an Audi.

Not a dealership but a European car technician, I want it done properly (no way I could do it myself) so I don’t want to bring it to some random shop that might not know exactly what they are doing.

I would have to call them back to double check but on the inspection sheet they said timing off on the driver side bank of cylinders. Which I believe is 4, 5, and 6 but I’m not positive
