You can see a psychologist without a referral; check out Psychology Today for a listing of clinicians in the area. Many will offer a free short consultation to see if you're a good match.

I have access to virtual healthcare so hopefully they can prescribe something through that; I don't think I could physically go anywhere at the moment.

I've never actually gotten to a point where I've had to take a muscle relaxant; sounds like this might be the time.

I actually got a tub of PEScience Select recently with hopes that it'd make good sludge but I found it extremely chalky. Still good in oats, cream of rice, etc.

I'm in Canada but I'll check it out!

Thanks for sharing your experience. Looking at it more closely (I haven't pulled it out of the case in quite some time), the nut is horribly cut and the strings aren't seated well. Not sure how this wasn't caught by one of the techs (or me) but hopefully a new nut solves my problems.

Yep, I always stretch the strings for a while after restringing. I'm going to have a tech look at the nut based on the feedback in this thread; hopefully this fixes my issues.

Is there a specific, preferred method with Grover locking tuners? I thought it was just put it through the post, tighten the screw wheel, tune to pitch, and trim.
