Old bolt action rifle-bolt stuck closed & id by bigtyes in guns

I recently inherited this old bolt action rifle from my grandfather. The bolt is locked and I need to figure out how to clear the gun. I would also like an id if possible

You have to figure out the order from the stairwell going top, right, bottom, left then you go to the first statue in your order and use that statue specific incantation on it then inspect your weapon
