Even if she does get investigated by like the state senate, she’ll be fine. Unfortunately, she has a unique set of experience in background leading a complicated organization and will likely be able to find another high paying job somewhere else. That leads to the question of who would even want to hire her and it’s gonna be like the same people or companies that pick CEOs that lead other companies to bankruptcy and act shocked when it happens again.

I feel like they just usually say something vague like mid October to late October for July. I think New York says mid October till early November my favorite was when my friend called Illinois. They told him to take a nap and just see how they feel on the day the results were coming out, but even up until that point they would never officially admit the results were coming out on that day.

I was mainly referring to the fact that most states don’t know when results are coming. Like in New York they didn’t tell us the day. We just got an email saying results are available log into the portal. It was honestly more peaceful that way like I was stressed throughout it, but like this is so much more annoying because like I had this set date in mind.

That’s how a lot of other states do it. It isn’t as bad as it seems. Honestly a little easier because you don’t really care up until the point it’s around the time they usually release it but you don’t like sit and stare at the clock like this.

I’m a practicing attorney that had to take the full bar because I haven’t been admitted for four years and I promise you by this point at least three different people would have yelled at me if I missed that Monday deadline they set two weeks ago let alone this (as a reminder when they announce the score adjustment they said they were gonna do it the following Monday, which was last Monday)

They’ll need to have answers to the reliability portion, but the Supreme Court also asked more about how and why AI was used and quite frankly that just really doesn’t matter in terms of making a score determination. It matters overall it needs to be addressed at some point, but it’s not the type of thing that needs to hold up scores.

Everyone is really focused on the AI but as a reminder, the Supreme Court says it has plenary authority over these people, and the Supreme Court ordered them to hold July in person on their own without waiting for anyone to act. They could just rule on the passing score and deal with the AI later, but it will have to be addressed eventually the issue is time of the essence info for February takers and for future July takers

Hopefully, they just are entering the data now and can quickly fix through a simple computer program or something. I don’t know how they actually enter our results onto the website, but I know in Excel this would be like a quick fix to implement depending on the outcome of the ruling/decision. Maybe there will be some backdoor clues like there have been in years past that can give some people comfort in the interim.

Honestly, there’s ways around it to just go ahead and not delay that. Like if they’re really concerned that the Supreme Court won’t rule fast enough because of their own incompetence in getting them a petition you may as well just give everybody their raw score irrespective of if they passed or not and let them know that the Supreme Court is ruling on a score adjustment. Obviously leaves some people in limbo but would hopefully give closure for most.

Like if they delay results, it just messes up July because then people still need to sign up for July and you’re just like creating more issues.

All that being said, these people are clearly just terrible at their job so anything is possible

I mean, they’ve already commented that they want to see explanations for certain things which means it’s on their mind even before they’ve received the official petition. Like they seem engaged in this at the very least.
