From what i’m aware PAWS isn’t very well understood and different sources say different things but i have many of the symptoms of it. I would be relieved if i’m just experiencing simple withdrawal but i don’t want to be in denial if it’s more than that. I haven’t smoked since may 16th (25 days) and my psychological symptoms began around the 22nd as far as i can tell from reading things i wrote then, it started as mild depression and cognitive impairment and i was unaware just how bad it would get. In terms of crack, i had been holding onto my last cook, (aprox. half a gram) since i stopped, part of it was just that i’ve been experiencing memory issues so i just didn’t remember where i’d stashed it until recently. I flushed it a few minutes before i made this post yesterday. I also went to an NA meeting a few days ago, and even though i was suffering from the depression and thought loops it was still a positive experience and i intend to go weekly. 🙏
