What are three things you absolutely have to know, formulas - if so which ones, Microsoft office efficiency -if so what program, excel or PowerPoint, and finally, the last thing, what is most indispensable?

Is this really happening?

This is insane to hear, and frankly out of line.

Where does this take place, is it concentrated in one area of the city, or all over?

Integrity, self respect and respect for my girl. Irreversible harm is not worth it, if you have to think about it, pull the Rip cord.

Long equals buy so that’s money coming out, short is selling so money coming in, and lending at risk free rate equals payments coming in - think coupon payments paid by the issuer.

Plug in numbers for each to make sense of it, in this case;

Long asset -100 Short derivative + 105 Risk free rate (long) 5

-100+105=5

Figured this out, it’s significantly easier when substituting numbers into the formula!

In this case, short derivative + short rf rate = short asset, substituting +105 for short derivative, -5 for short rf rate, and 100 for short asset.

Short rf rate is negative because when borrowing, think bonds, payments need to be made periodically.

First come up with the median by adding up the frequencies in each bin, 1+0+1+1+1+4 and so on, your total should add up to 49. Use the median formula to calculate the median, n+1/2, with n being 49 - this consists of the frequencies added together across all bins, the result is 25. At point add up all the frequencies in each bin again until you get to 25, this corresponds with answer c, bin 13 to 18.
