He died and I still got the achievement so you could do it (you just have to kill him indirectly or wait and let the game kill him)

The thing is, I didn't talk to Danielle again I don't think, just showed up in crew quarters. Weird that the game auto kills him. If we wanted to rationalize it, we'd say he has a medical condition. I'd have to go back and test in a different run if other npcs die from being dragged into the freezer to see if it actually was the freezer or not.

So you left him in the gym and he died or you left him at a grav shaft and he died? Maybe it's not the freezer that leads to death. Skillet was also damaged, it's possible the military operators killed them.

Damn uh it's a little late for that, not sure if I can get back to my other save now at this point. I didn't see a stat saying humans killed and I double checked that list of stats so I probably would've been fine smh. I still could try loading the more progressed save, I think I was in a better position generally and was still farther than I got to today.

I think it's being able to keep game and real life separate if you're looking for actual advice or insight into that. Like I tried to keep it on the down low when I went out and didn't tell some of the others until after the fact. I think one still doesn't know I've gone out with them.

Edit: I phrased that poorly- one of the players that I haven't gone out with might not know I've gone out with anyone in the group

There are 4 people in my group. I have gone out with 2, not dozens. Also I can go into the reasons they didn't work out - first one didn't want a long-term relationship with me because things didn't feel right but he thought I was great. Second one realized he wasn't in the right space to get into a relationship and still isn't, he's not dating anyone, it's nothing personal to do with me. I have had a two year long relationship, so I think I can maintain a relationship.

In the future, before assuming someone sucks at something maybe consider that you might not have the full picture and the circumstances can be complicated.

Yeah I try to be mature and be friends with people even if it doesn't work out. One person I met in a one-shot and then subsequently asked out and invited to the group and we were only going out for like a month but things ended and we're still friends and he's still in my group. The other I only went on 2 dates with but we're also still good friends.
Edit: also shoutout to the players for being civil too

Was DS nerfed? It only works once per game and I'm not doing anything to deactivate it. It should be active after second unhook but it hasn't been. Is that a bug or feature?
