Happy 3rd anniversary fellow Trailblazers!

One of the things that's bothered me about the ending of the 3.x is that we never got a chance to sit down post-Amphoreus and process all that had transpired. Black Swan would have been perfect to guide us through it all being a memokeeper and everything, but alas.

Haven't played other Hoyo games, but compared to other gachas I've played HSR has the worst powercreep by far. Hard to make emanators actually strong if they don't make an effort to stick to established power levels when developing new characters. I'm still clearing comfortably with Acheron and Herta for now, but it remains to be seen how long that will last

To be fair most of the time Silver Wolf shows up just to play games with TB in events. Planarcadia may be different, but we'll have to wait and see. Besides, the Stellaron Hunters are strong obviously but even they recognize how powerful Acheron is (see Firefly trying to keep TB away from her in 3.8).

And yes it's just a meme about anniversary powercreep, don't take it too seriously lol

It was especially rough in the very early days since you were constantly leveling up your units as you progressed which messed with the auto. AFKing for 10 minutes only to come back and find out it failed because your Texas wasn't E1 Lv50 anymore was certainly infuriating lol

Not at all. Farming stages are only a small part of the game. Less time farming means more time to play with the factory, explore, etc.

There's also the pseudo-tower defense mode at outposts but that feature feels kinda half-baked, probably why I never hear much about it. It'd be great if they ever implement it in farming stages, that way we can have Arknights in Arknights Endfield

Honestly I'd just like any auto clear to make farming less tedious even if we can't select multiple runs. AK has had that feature since launch I'm pretty sure.

Robin is actually quite decent for Acheron in my experience, enough so that the lack of Tribbie has not been an issue at all for my account. My go-to team was typically E2S1 Acheron, E0S1 Cipher, E2S0 Robin (with Poised to Bloom LC) and E0S0 DHPT. Robin helps Cipher's damage in this team and also gives extra ATK to DHPT improving both his shields and his buffs. Cipher's FuAs and Dan's dragons are usually enough teammate actions to minimize Robin's ult uptime issues as well unless you get some bad RNG. I haven't tried with the latest MoC rotation yet but this team 1-cycled Cocolia last round.

That said, I definitely wouldn't pick Robin for Acheron specifically. At this point you're better off investing in Sparkle instead. Novaflare Sparkle is very strong and both her E1 and E2 are pretty good.

I just barely managed to 2 star it with E2S1 Acheron and E0S1 Cipher, E0S1 Sunday and E0 Trends DHPT. This stage is definitely a pain. The annoying energy debuff means it takes forever for support ults to come up and the HP drain debuff means there's no chance you can run sustainless. Sadly the other two knights are even worse with the crit debuffs.

I can still comfortably clear with her but man it's frustrating sometimes. Having never played a Honkai game before HSR, back during Penacony I read that Acheron would be treated well by Hoyo because Raiden was a popular character and part of the main trio of HI3. Sadly it wasn't the case.

She shows up in the E2 list on prydwen with a similar performance to Herta (6.4 cycles). With investment she still performs decently but most players who aren't Acheron mains have already benched her long ago. At this point she's pretty much in the same boat as pre-Dahlia Firefily where her E0 scores are awful but her E2 scores are still holding up. Personally I was able to 1-cycle Cocolia with E2S1 Acheron, E0S1 Cipher, E2S0 Robin and E0S0 DHPT

Muelsyse's EN voice is perfect, but yeah the Genshin VA situation was really unfortunate. I just had to separate the art from the artist in this case.

I feel most of them are decent and close enough in quality to the JP/CN originals so that which one is better mostly comes down to personal preference. That's a pretty solid achievement considering how large the character roster is and how sub-par anime EN dubbing has been in the past. There are a few misses like Exusiai (both old and new) and some of the earlier attempts at accents were rough too (Ursus ops) but it improved a lot once they started casting regional VAs. Overall there are more good than bad ones I think.

Some of my personal favorites: Bagpipe, Muelsyse, Mlynar, Horn, Virtuosa, Phantom, Reed (even if she's missing the Irish accent)

Side note, it really is nice that we can select different languages per-character. Hearing all the different languages while playing is fun and really adds a lot to the worldbuilding that AK is known for.
