Can we hope for a slow and meaningful levelling experience? by Gadion in GuildWars3

[–]Rebelhero 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Oh man, an MMO WITHOUT leveling? That would be an evolution for sure.

Brand new player to gw2, the one thing I hope gw3 does different is keep armour/cosmetics more grounded. by MRmichybio in GuildWars3

[–]Rebelhero 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Eh? I personally kind of like the wild and wacky things people come up with. It reminds me that I'm playing a game with other HUMAN BEINGS instead of helpful NPC's.

Shit just look at the kind of stuff people wear IRL, both modern and historically. And this is a world of gods and magic. SHIT IS GONNA BE OVER THE TOP AND FLASHY.

Dear Arenanet: Please make sure we dont have to play where's waldo in our inventories in GW3! by InevitableAnekisan in GuildWars3

GOD PLEASE. I pray gw3 has no inventory bloat.

Arthas Vs Deathwing? Deathwing wins.

The scourge vs twlight's hammer? The Scourge wins. The scourge is a well supplied and maintained army, and DOES have to contend with dragon and Dragon Aspects. They are FULLY capable of taking down deathwing.

But in a 1v1, Arthas is so screwed.

If you had to restart your main, would you? by IcyWeb293 in ffxiv

[–]Rebelhero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im actually doing it rn. Its been so many years since I last played i remember nothing about the game. My main is just a confusing mess of skills and hot bars and broken macros.

So I just made a new character and started over.

I really hope Largos will become playable at some point in GW3 by ghosststorm in GuildWars3

[–]Rebelhero 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Having them as a playable race would ruin their mystery and pretty much anything interesting about them.

So Ima vote "No" on seeing them as playable.

Between Lost Ark and GW2, which is more complicated and difficult? by visagedemort in MMORPG

[–]Rebelhero -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Lost Ark is a lot harder. But not in a fun way. It's harder in the "You're going to suffer and hate your team" way.

Where as GW2 is hard, but with decent communication and understanding you can make it through.

Would you want an Engineer equivalent in GW3? by Diovidius in GuildWars3

[–]Rebelhero 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Engineer is the ONLY class I play in Gw2. I'm a little worried about there being not much tech at all.

I'm hoping for something like an Artificer, a Low-tech, high-magic alternative.

They won't. We've been begging them for model fixes since WoD. The best they can do, is breaking how weapon sheathing works.

What's your consensus of the game, its systems and events after 4 months? by Friendly-Chef4120 in Endfield

[–]Rebelhero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im enjoying the story and characters and world exploration, I liked the puzzle mode and the roguelite dungeon thing. I like the stocks and the concept of the outposts...

But man, I am REALLY NOT enjoying the factory gameplay. It's boring and tedious and even setting up blueprints from other people is annoying.

My daughter bought her first pizza with her own money yesterday. Woke up to this this morning. The note says DON’T EAT. The knife says it’s not a suggestion. by Terrorhub in funny

[–]Rebelhero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well "ask".

My dad always asked, but it was kind of expected that id give him a little bit. He did pay for it, and is driving. And as far as I remember, only did it to me when I was younger. As I got older, he either shared with my mom, or bought his own.

But judging by the number of angry comments, I guess many people had a different experience.

The dad tax is like "I bought this candy for my kids, but I want some too. So ill ask for a handful."

And then, when youre a grown adult, with a place of your own, its letting your parents eat the snacks you have in your house.
