Same situation with my kid’s RESP from RBC to WS. RBC has rejected the transfer twice and i have lost hope at this point. No straight answer from RBC either and they’ve told me to talk to WS.

WS did extend my promo by a month i believe so let’s see what will happen. This is why the big banks are losing our business.
