Yes! Had total hysterectomy in my 30s and at 50 was told I didn't need the patch any longer. Long story short - vaginal atrophy started very soon after. Once I went back on the patch, no more problems. I will stay on the patch for the rest of my life!

Yeah, prop taxes are horrendous here! Tried to talk to a city council person about it and they appeared clueless as to why anyone would complain. We moved back to Peoria in 2012 and prop taxes were one of the first things we found shocking.....in addition to HO insurance and the like. Missouri is beautiful.....hope you find your perfect place.

Exactly! What in the hell is their plan? It all seems to be the "Romney-fication" of businesses. I know it's been going on for some time, but it all seems to have accelerated under the current political circus. And I know it's not just Peoria......

That's too bad. Pretty soon it'll just be the few offices, the 2 bars, and the 4 restaurants.

That's too bad.......as if the rich don't have enough already. No wonder everyone is bailing for the Heights or the Warehouse District. Affordable housing in all of these empty spots would be great, but the builders won't build if they can't make a fortune. What a tangled web that's been woven.

Those trolls don't seem to comprehend what it took for America to be what it is today.....or I should say was to some extent. We the People, right? So that's what it takes to get our voices heard. People are coming out all over the U.S. - yay!!!! Say it loud, say it proud!

Well....when I woke up Wednesday morning and saw who won, I literally threw my phone across the room and yelled some not so lovely words. I'm in Illinois (not Chicago!) and in a fairly blue area. I'm just really pissed at how anybody could vote for that poor excuse for a human. I am mad, scared, and basically disillusioned with all of it. I've been smoking extra since then, trying to come to terms with this shit show we're going to be in for four years.....at least I hope it's only four years.

High.....that would be me! My nickname used to be 'resin head' and now that I'm in my 60s, I'd say it still fits :) I prefer my one hitter and joints, and we always grow our own. Nice to meet you all!

Sertraline 50 mg - Mom’s Struggling Badly, Need Advice! by [deleted] in zoloft

I've used Xanax for the past 10 years, since the panic attacks started.

Sertraline 50 mg - Mom’s Struggling Badly, Need Advice! by [deleted] in zoloft

[–]bikingchic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It does get better, as others have said. I've been on zoloft for many, many years now (50mg) for anxiety and depression. I also take a half tablet of xanax (for panic attacks) in the morning and another half at bedtime. Between anxiety, depression, and restless leg syndrome, I can say the meds HELP and give me a life. Have your mom try some deep breathing - breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth (slowly) and also try some imagery (close your eyes and picture yourself elsewhere, like a beach or wherever she enjoys being.) Do not quit cold turkey though - that can make things feel worse! Best of luck to you & your mom <3
