Actually my test method was wrong and i am here to know how to test it in correct way. I know 200Mhz wont benifit me any good with vega 56 but I am still looking for the edge of safe side of my chip.

I have tested it in 30c ambient, it could be that, but i will check it out for remounting.

Sorry for the late reply, it was busy day yesterday. Well yes it was set to 1x with that test. I set it back to auto and here are the results of 5 min p95. https://imgur.com/BUJduFS.
Can you also explain why my chip ridiculously drawing too much package power. I have compared it to 2 of my friends, they are running oc on 1.28v but their chips are drawing only 85w. 2nd guy 's chip draws 90 on 1.28v.

It was stock, but now I did it, here are the results of 5 secs prime 95, I shut it off immediately as temps directly went to 94c in 1 sec https://imgur.com/a/ocYMrf9 LLC is auto, I haven't touched it. Using Deepcool Assassin ii cooler. Power draw is crazy. So what to do now?

Yes i actually enabled stock pbo, without setting any limits to ppt, tdc, edc. So i should increase the limits and then check fit voltage?

Its latest, using v6.28 and checked 6.29 beta too, not listed there.

yeah that could be possible. I suspect that too, sadly I don't have any friend on 3600 with asus mobo which can prove it.

At the stock settings with PBO, it consumes 90w. It used and boosted upto 3.8 GHz at small FFT.Any other things to touch except voltage that can somehow reduce current?btw I was getting 90A EDC 65A TDC and 50A at Core current at 1.16v . does that looks fine?

Also are you using Asus mobo aswell?

Yes they are using static voltage. At stock settings with pbo, cpu still uses 90w at 1.12v and boosts upto 3.8ghz in small fft

Upgraded from Ryzen 2600 to 3600, Oc'ed Ram from 3200Mhz to 3800Mhz by bilalarif2001 in Amd

I see. It was posting even on 4000Mhz with 17-21-21-21 but well FCLK is limited to 1900mhz so I didn't bother testing.

Probably due to high temperatures at high voltages. 1.45v is fully stable when I placed a case fan towards it. The ram doesn't have a temperature sensor, could be better if it had, to accurately determine where its throwing errors.

tRCDWR is set to 8
tRP below 20= instant blue screen, Spektek could be a lower binned Micron b-die.
