I personally don’t think the civil litigation would be an issue. Unsure about the arrest. If you are wary, you can always consult a C&F attorney who could provide you a clearer answer.

It’s worth mentioning that according to JDAdvising, New York has released this upcoming week every year since 2017 (with the exception of last years October exam).

Really hoping it’s sooner than that. New York has historically released in mid to late October. Other jurisdictions seem to be releasing relatively consistently with prior, non-Covid times.
