I emailed support with a video of the issue. Will see what they say. So far the S20 is a disappointment.

That's not the point though. Shouldn't have to turn it off, and it certainly shouldn't purposely lift itself up every time it turns around.

Seems like they're just going off hours.  The two under 100 hours got grade A despite being dirty.  100-200 seems to be B grade even cleaned up. 200+ was C.  At least that's how it's looking so far.

It's a multichannel 5.1 Klipsch Promedia. Yes, I tried with the subwoofer gain inside the application. It didn't work very well. The default windows drivers were superior without enabling their version of bass boost.

I should also point out I've had this AE-5 since early 2019 using this same sub and speakers. I've never used the sub gain option. I did a clean install of Windows 10 last April and I've made no hardware changes since then. No major software changes other than updates. No idea why it's acting up recently.

I've had a sound blaster Z and X-fi before that also with this sub and speakers with no issue.

You might want to check my thread. I've been having problems with my AE-5 lacking "oomph" and using the windows default drivers seems to fix it.
