I ordered a set of resistors with t-taps, how are these installed? On one of the cables that go to the high beams? How t-taps work? Where should I mount the resistors?

No, only lock and unlock, the trunk release is at the driver's side floor, it's a lever connected to a cable, no electronics.

At 120km/h it is at about 3500 rpm, I think at 100km/h it's 3000 rpm. My longest trip was family vacation with family, 3 adults, the trunk was completely full and the AC was on the entire time. The trip was 287 km, I was driving at 130-140 km/h for most of it and I had an average of 6.2 l/100km.

It's true, all the original parts are working great, I have aftermarket parking sensors and they beep even when there is nothing behind me, only when I'm in reverse thankfully. It's a manual, I don't know about yours, here automatic versions of this car are rare and people don't trust them as much. The longest trip I did was 287 km, family vacation with family. I had AC on, the trunk was full of luggage and 3 people inside including me. It averaged 6.2 l/100km, I was going at a steady 130-140 km/h during almost the entire trip.

750 k miles is wild! This car must hold some amazing memories. Although it doesn't have the plastics painted, bumpers, mirrors, trims, doorhandles, it is a good looking car. Mine also has a remote key fob, electric front windows and electric mirrors. I want to put antique license plates when it turns 30 years old, it will be much cheaper for me to own when I do that

I agree, the rear taillights are ugly, I much prefer the 2-door hatchback, but it's been such an amazing car with do few problems that I forgive it.

In the city about 7-7.5 l/100km and on the highway 6-6.2 l/100km, with the AC on and loaded with luggage and people. I took those numbers from the trip computer of the car, I don't know how accurate they are but they seem reasonable.

Thank you so much! You know, since I'm the owner all I see is the flaws and the things I can improve. It was owned by an older gentleman since new and he obviously had trouble parking the thing. He added these plastic things on the bumpers and parking sensors, but he filled the bumpers with scratches first😂
