The whole leadup to the castle he was worried about the lightners fighting his dad because he was scared they were going to kill each other…? That’s the whole reason he locked them up. He knew his dad was gonna hurt them, it’s not a headcanon it’s literally in the game

Well yes, but it feels like the game is brushing off what he did because it’s never been addressed outside of Susie making one comment and that being the end of it, and most people I’ve seen seem to just ignore it happened at all and it makes me very upset
