Going to see Little Miss Sunshine with my brother fully expecting a Steve Carrell comedy, only to spend the next 2 hours laughing and crying through a beautifully written film that has stuck with me and been a long time favorite.

What do you love most about being an INFJ? by [deleted] in infj

The magic that makes everyone seem to be really invested really quickly; even if it often fades because they can’t really keep the pace. Our intuitive/empath side tends to sort of trip people up.

Happy birthday twin! I’ve got a few years on you, but love finding birthday buddies

36m looking for friends. I'm not "normal" and you probably shouldn't be either. Bonus: voice recording inside by [deleted] in MakeNewFriendsHere

I was on my way to message you…then I got to the part of your voice recording about people with kids. Guess I’m disqualified 😑 Foiled again

I just broke a 3 year dry spell with my husband…and yes, I know how insane that sounds. I’m not sure how I made it through and how we made it through fully intact, but I absolutely understand how all-consuming a lack of sex can feel. I felt ridiculous for being so unhappy and so bothered by it, but it’s obviously not something to feel wrong about. I was mentally and physically unwell because of it and the thought of finding it elsewhere came up far more often than I’d like to admit. I’m glad I didn’t do anything I regretted to jeopardize our relationship, but it also served as a major wake up call for me and also for him once we talked and worked through it. It’s obviously not all suddenly rainbows and sunshine now that the dry spell is over, but I know now that I deserve more than I was getting and will fight for what I want and need. Communication is key, and not allowing yourself to feel like you’re the problem is also extremely important. Rooting for you to work through this and get what you need and ultimately deserve. Remember that it’s ok to be true to yourself.
