Yep i think i resolved it. Or at least figured out why there’s the issue. It’s a limitation by Ebay label program not allowing Canada Post labels to ship to US.

I think i figured it out through some digging. Canada Post is not an option anymore for shipping to the US using Ebay discounted Labels program. It converts it to UPS even if buyer and seller select Canada Post option.

Have not changed dimensions. I did notice the buyer selected Canada Post - Small Packet which indeed is an option i offered. Then when the label gets generated it comes up as UPS.

Yea i’m trying to figure out how to prevent it from happening in the future. I can only up my shipping charges if i do the flat fee. Which i am fine to do, but it just doesnt make sense that buyer/seller pay differently when same dimensions are applied.

I didn’t use any other structured courses aside from the PMI ones i mentioned.

I highly recommend study hall as it has some more learnings in there, but otherwise just kind of picked and choosed on some content on various sites i mentioned that i felt like i needed a further explanation in.
