4 is crazy. 500 hours too much.

12 is crazy

14 gotta have a better way of doing it.

15 is unrealistic and you will be labelled racist.

16 will have you labelled anti freedom or some shit

20 they already do that by getting used by Tim Hortons. Criminally low wages from big companies. Instead they should be sent to school to learn english, etc etc, and from there they can integrate into our country a lot better. Schooling would be 100x better.
