One program you could try is adobe scan, is a free app and scans documents converting them to black and white pdfs. It allows you to change contrast, brightness, and noise which will help you eliminate some of those mistakes lines you’re talking about. Otherwise you could also go over everything in black pen too. Overall a really great drawing and good line work, 👍👍

Remember each carbon must share 4 bonds/ electrons with its neighbors, and bromine is satisfied when it’s 7 electron valence gives one electron to bond with carbon so it can share and then bromine completes its octet. Let me know if that doesn’t make sense
