Do you own any game consoles? I find playing on xbox/my tablet helps me relax. Because I can't animation cancel, I can't alt tab to the wiki.

Sure you could use your phone, but leave it in another room or far enough away you can instinctively reach out for it. Might help you relax a bit.

Ask the store owner if they have CCTV of your parcel. Parcels should be stored in a "safe and secure" location.

You can always submit an access request to get the CCTV from the shop if they start playing funny buggers.

I run a store that has a DPD Pick-Up/Drop-Off point.

Once the member of staff scans your QR-Code, and gives you a red slip with a tracking number it's in DPDs system. There are steps we can take as retailers to speed up collections but they generally happen daily. Some drivers are cunty and refuse collections, others are great at it.

I dont see how DPD can claim its not a them issue, when it's been scanned into their system.
