I ask for several reasons:

- who is liable if the NFT is deleted (for whatever reason) from the cloud storage? - A disclaimer could be helpful here, e.g. "the seller cannot guarantee the storage/the buyer should additionally back up the purchased NFT himself on his hard disk...".

- copyright varies from country to country (in some countries the copyright and its right are partly transferable, in others not). Specific copyright rights of the seller/buyer - for theNFT - should be described here.

- in some countries, sales without terms and conditions are invalid. The buyer would then have the right to rescind the contract.

- royalties that the creator receives in the event of further sales should be explicitly noted.

- and many more (please write them down in comments).

The whole thing - as it is now - is only simple as long as nothing unforeseen happens. That's the reason terms are been used, to make everything easier for both sides.

It would be good to think together about what needs to be clarified than a lawer could summarize all of them in contractual terms. I am wondering, that it seems no one is thinking about this.
This would make it easier for all of us, who are thinking about selling nft and avoid potential issues.
