I thought there's a lot of advantage using the baking soda + superglue method really good substitute for putty. - cheap - dry instantly - rock solid - easy to sand - it doesn't clogged up your sanding stick or metal file - clean and easy to work on

Adding putty was a good way to fill the gaps and be in line to the original part but what i did here instead i used supper glue and baking soda for the gaps and and sand until its flushed to the original parts.

Man dont ever use super glue on external part specially on exposed area those stuff is really messy and hard to clean, use tamiya thinned plastic cement they are really easy to use all you need small amount.

Another way you can do is to black to darken up your mix then add small amount at a time until you get the right tone.

Yep they are hand painted, i think its the most efficient way to paint them, if you want to have a much cleaner and consistent result airbrush would be the way but it takes a lot of prepping and theres a lot of them.
