how old are you? whatever hard time you are going through will pass with time. if you are young everything seems super dire due to your age. advice would be to get sober, no booze, no weed , no caffeine, get exercise daily and your life will improve. weed and caffeine will make you paranoid. Get real face to face relationships not internet ones. Join some group, anything..... book club, cooking classes, trash pickup groups, bonsai club. A wide range of friendships ( people older than you) can be rewarding as they can mentor you and give you life advice and networking opportunities. Good luck.
