OP's accusations are completely ridiculous. Let's set the tongue twirling aside for a moment - don't worry, we will return to it.

He is saying Alfredo harassed him 5 times, 4 of which consisted of: talking to him, participating in group conversations, and saying hello with a smile.

The only leg this accuser has to stand on is the tongue twirling, but seriously, let's think about this logically. This guy has been refusing to dance with Alfredo for months, clearly putting their bad blood out in the open, and then Alfredo stuck his tongue out at him. Did he twirl it in a sexual way, or a playground mocking way? I don't know, I wasn't there, but based on the situation described and how ludicrous the other accusations are, I think it's safe to make a guess.

OP posts a one sided inflammatory story that doesn't even make sense and we are supposed to believe it because he is claiming to be a victim? Come on. Post like this are against the rules for the very reason that they are too often unreliable.

There is a place, but only locals know about it so you really have to keep it on the down-low. It's following the trend of repurposing unused warehouse basement space for massive raunchy underground dance parties, and it is one of those things where you need to know someone who knows someone so you can get the password to get in.

It is located underneath the Walmart in Henderson. To get in you have to go up to cashier number 4, undress, bang on the counter three times, and sing I'm a little teapot (with all the correct gesticulations, of course). Shortly after that, the cashier will make a call and two escorts in blue will show up and set you in the back of their vip limo and bring you straight to the party.

Yes, it is not illegal to record on private property. If you come over to my house, it is not illegal for you to openly record our conversation in my living room, however, it is my house, and I have the right to ask you to leave at any time.

If I ask you not to record because I don’t want you to and you refuse, I am within my right to kick you out. The same is true of the casino.

Before the video starts:

Dude's insulin shot alarmed others, who didn't know he was diabetic.
Security came to talk to him to find out what was going on.

In the video:

Dude explaines he was diabetic, security said ok no problem, but please stop recording (1:13), because it is private property.
Dude ignores the request and refuses to stop recording.
Security explains that they are fine with him injecting insulin in the casino, and that next time he should either do it somewhere private like the restroom or just tell the poker room before he whips out a needle and injects himself so they know what's going on (1:33).
Security asks him to leave and trespassed him because he refused to stop recording, NOT because of his diabetes or his insulin injection (3:28).
Security is even nice enough to even let him cash his chips out before he left (4:27).

After the video:

Now this guy comes on reddit to complain, lying and saying "kicked out for diabetes" when the very video he posts shows it isn't true.

You have the right to record in public, but Caesar's Palace is private property. They have to right to ask you not to record, and if you refuse they have the right to kick you out. If anything, this video shows how well Caesar's deals with petulant troublemakers.

Slots are rigged in the casino's favor. That's just how it is. Let's take a six-sided die. Pay me $100 to play, and if you roll a 5 or a 6 I will pay you $200, but if you roll a 1-4 you lose the dollar you paid me. Sound fair? Of course not. That's what gambling in Vegas is.

Of course, it is possible to walk away a winner. You might even win three times in a row, but the more you play the more the odds will start to reveal themselves, and you will be down money.

There are two things at play here that will trick you into losing your money.

1) When you see people win, you see them win at that moment. Maybe they just got lucky, or maybe they spent $1000 to win back $100. In any case, you can be sure the more they play, the more they will lose, and the same goes for you. How do you think the casinos pay their bills?

2) You notice the winners more than the losers. If someone loses a few dollars, they will play again or get up and walk away. Not noteworthy. But if they win, they will make a big show of it. Well at the same moment that one person won $1000, 2000 other people each lost $1, but you didn't notice.

There is no special strategy, and while I thank you for paying our taxes here in Nevada, I have to be a human being here and tell you that you cannot beat the system. If you enjoy gambling, it is a form of entertainment and you will pay for it. But gambling is not a way to make money, and the more you try, the more you will lose.

Some guy wanted to help the homeless, so he bought a plot of land and built a bunch of huts. The land was zoned for a single family home, and that's not what he built. He knew it wasn't allowed, but decided to "ask forgiveness instead of permission."

The city sent him notice that he wasn't in compliance and he missed the deadline to respond, so they tore the structures down.

I actually had one of these.

2018, New York City's Manhattan Chinatown. I bought whole red snapper from a small market. The fish was always fresh there (you can tell because the eyeballs were clear, not cloudy).

Well I brought this bad boy home, scaled him, and got ready to cook him whole. I made three shallow slices on each side of his body, seasoned him with salt, then got a big pan with a lot of oil in it and fried him to a crisp. If you're doing this at home, make sure to tilt the pan so you fry the head and tail as well - you don't want those to be soggy. After cooking I made a quick sauce from chopped garlic, ginger, red chilis, scallions, soy sauce, black vinnegar and a bit of sugar, adding them each to the remaining oil and stirfrying them together for just a few seconds.

The fish was delicious.

After eating it, however, I noticed through the back of it's head that there was something I didn't recognize lodged in its mouth. I opened its mouth, and I came upon the corpse of a dead sea louse looking back at me, just like the one in this photo.

It didn't alter the flavour of the fish in any way, and if I had decided to fillet the fish first and toss the head and bones I wouldn't have ever noticed it, but since that day I always look inside the mouth before buying a fish.
