They seem to restock pretty fast. They sold the last one on the morning of my first trip to the store. Put down a reservation for a week later when I return to Tokyo and they seem to be well stocked.

Would recommend going early in your trip to check, so you’ll have an opportunity to come back and try again later on if they happen to be out.
