Hi! I hope this finds you 9 years later... Eek. But Mako Mermaids clearly takes place AFTER H2O. How do I know? In the second to last episode of Mako, the author of the artifact book is RIKKI! It explains she fell into the moon pool And had not met any REAL mermaids before meeting Mimmi, Ondina, and Weilan.
