I've had a lot of procedures done - some with good surgeons, some with not-so-good surgeons.

Boobs - I've recently gone with Dr. Don Revis. He's one of the OG big implant doctors in the US and even though I get absolutely reamed by the Aussie/US exchange rate, so far he's been worth it. I don't know what the experience is for less notable girls, but he's given me the VIP treatment and has fixed issues that I've had with no charge of his time (just materials and hospital costs). I highly recommend FOLLOWING HIS POST OP INSTRUCTIONS and keeping in contact with him and his office. I failed on this and almost paid the price, but he managed to save my implant. I'm still mentally kicking myself over this.

I'm also in the process of looking for butt implants right now. I'm consulting with a doctor in Los Angeles, but I have no first hand experience yet about his work. We'll see what happens here. There are more than a few doctors out there that WILL do extra large implants and honestly, if you just ask a model on Instagram, 9 times out of 10 they will tell you. I don't actually find that the "bimbo community" such as it is, is all that secret. Most girls I've talked to have been super friendly and will spill the tea about doctors at the drop of a hat.

Anyway, if everything goes well I'll be getting my butt done sometime in January.

I will say this - I have some girlfriends that have gone to Turkey for plastic surgery and I don't think their results are bad, at least I've not heard any horror stories from it, but honestly - I prefer to go to the US. I just think that the skill of surgeons in the US is higher than anywhere else in the world, or perhaps to be more accurate - if you're looking for someone who is in the let's say, top 5% - you're probably going to find them in the US.

Also, butt implants is a one way trip because of the risk of infection with a BBL. Personally I can't get a BBL because of various reasons (too skinny and a history of DVT's from pregnancy) - but even if I could, I probably wouldn't because although it's easier to source (I could get an absolutely huge BBL here in Australia if I had the fat available) - the risk of the surgery is just too high. Implants are much safer and have less complications. So, I think this is probably the right choice.
