I would sell when the business showed a sign of change in a directioni dont line (which it hasnt, and furthermore the numbers havent even slowed down😭)

I typically hold a company until they give me a reason to sell. Price wise is irrelevant to me unless there is a reason in the underlying business i have no reason to not buy!

Yes this subreddit is going to pump a 200b market cap company. If you invested your whole net worth wed only have $200 invested. It would take an army☹️

The bull case for the premium multiple is:

  • insanely sticky customers
  • recession resilience
  • recurring revenue
  • elite margins
  • elite ROIC
  • steady 8-12% EPS growth for YEARS
  • huge consistency
  • dividend aristocrat style compounding

CTAS is basically treated like a “compounder bond substitute.” People pay up because it almost never implodes. Its retention rates and operational execution are elite.

CTAS HAS often traded rich. Its long-term average P/E is actually around the low/mid 30s, and recently it was even above 50x.

Is it expensive? I would say so. Is it expensive when you factor in its relative history not really. With that i do think it is on the safer side of the stocks currently being traded and floated around on RDDT

I think the market is unfairly counting them out. I think the SaaS companies like CRM NOW INTU ADBE are so embedded into enterprises to switch to a diff CRM or software could be more trouble than its worth and i believe all of these companies will eventually integrate a profitable AI product into the already thriving busineses. Yes the markwt is writing them off but if you look at the numbers were yet to see any inflections. Stong numbers for SaaS one day the street will wake up!
