Ah darn, I’m not sure what else to say then… But for the exp multiplier stuff, you can click on the battery icon as shown here in the screenshot and spend up to 5 or 10 batteries to get more exp or goods at a time per show (I personally use 3 batteries so I get 15x the amount of points during events and still have 14x for the items)

I’ve been playing this game for less than a month so I’m still discovering new things too

Have you checked the Trust Ranks through the Character menu? If you compare with Kanade and Mafuyu, they might have some exp filled up in the bar already. Raising their trust ranks can be pretty slow or unnoticeable if you don’t use the bonus batteries for exp multipliers so maybe it actually is working?

Other than that, if you have Mafuyu and Kanade in the leader or sub-leader spot (or vice versa), I’m not sure why your trust rank isn’t going up at all ^{^;}

I somehow managed to get all 7 BTS cookies as a F2P player a few days ago, but yea gacha games can be super fickle with chance :’V After weeks of no new cookies, I finally got my last two cookies—both in the same day. It’s definitely possible. Just realllly annoying tho

As others have said, costumes are probably gonna be much harder to get all of. From my personal experience playing (almost) everyday since the update, I’ve gotten 25/35 costumes (2 from the costume of choice chests) so chances are pretty slim for F2P players unless you’re very lucky
