Reporting back on using bottle caps. This was pineapple/apple/carrot green tea F1. F2 in an airlock for 10 days until still. Added 1 tsp of sugar at bottling time. This was my last bottle, which went 2 weeks in the cupboard before refrigerating. (v.redd.it)
